Warranty does not cover scratches, accidental damage caused by general use including fading, peeling of frames or the loss of screws due to neglect. Natural wear and tear on sunglasses do not make them eligible for our warranty claims.

Not polarized as advertised.

Hi There, we apologise for the confusion. The Matte Black Carbon is actually non-polarised, thanks for raising it with us, we have corrected it. To compensate we have swapped the lenses and are going to send you a polarised pair of Matte Blacks to you to enjoy. xx Reality Crew

Love the sunnies however the arms felt quite loose. I went to tighten the screws but noticed the screw heads had already been threaded, I'm assuming from when they were first installed/tightened.
